Access to services of the TS - CNS (Health Insurance Card – National Service Card)
Concerning the access to e-services of the Public Administration, the TS-CNS currently only enables users to fill their tax return form (available on the Agenzia delle Entrate website) and to verify their social security contribution status (available on the INPS website). The availability of these services depends on the “activation” of the card and the relevant delivery of a PIN, a PUK and a CIP.
These passwords (PIN, PUK and CIP) may be required at any time at the licensed offices of Local ASL (Health Units).

In case a citizen is not able to go personally to the office, he/she can authorize someone else with the following forms:
In both cases, to collect their passwords, citizens must submit:
- The TS-CNS card;
- A valid ID card;
- An email address (even not personal or certified).
The licensed offices will issue the first part of the PIN/PUK passwords, while the second part will be sent to the e-mail address reported. To use the TS-CNS card to access the online services citizens will need:
A personal computer with an Internet connection
A smart card reader installed
To install the software for the TS-CNS card.
