The Municipality of Montoro Superiore issued an open call to allocate and grant areas subject to property right included in the PIP (Production Installation Plan) in the areas of Tochiati-Chiusa II Section (Batch A sq. metres 44,718 and Batch B sq. metres 36,150).

The transfer price is € 45.96 per sq. metre including expenses for urban infrastructure works of the areas, VAT excluded, plus expropriation expenses of all areas. 

Bids shall be submitted to the Registry of the Municipality of Montoro Superiore by 12:00 of 19.12.2013 by any mean.
