The understanding signed on 24 July 2013 among Government, Regions and Local Authorities for the implementation of the article 1, paragraphs 60 and 61, of the law no. 190/2012 establishes that “the communication of the Three-year Plan for Corruption Prevention to Regione from the local Authority is considered performed when published on the Authority’s institutional website”.

Campania Local Authorities are invited to communicate to the Officer in charge of the corruption prevention of the Regional Executive Board, Ms Giovanna Paolantonio, just the link to the page/section of their institutional website where the Plan has been published.
