Arpac (Campania Regional Agency for Environment Protection) has published a public notice for the appointment to member of the Board of Inquiry for the assessment of off-balance debts.

The Board, composed by three members, has the task of verification of the activities brought about by the Offices and Services of the Agency competent in the subjects related to off-balance debts, of verification and supervision of the procedure that followed, and of assessment of possible responsibilities of those who authorized the expense without a previous regular accounting commitment, in violation of the laws regulating Public Administration’s expenses management.
