Pending the adjustment of the regulation for the implementation of the Regional Law no. 11 of 23 October 2007 (Law on Dignity and Social Citizenship. Implementation of the Law no. 328 of 8 November 2000) envisaged by the regional law no. 15 of 06.07.2012, it is hereby published the list of the advisory opinions about compliance issued by the regional Committee for Social and Healthcare cross-sectorial Assessment as for 31.12.2012, concerning Residential Nursing Care with low intensity interventions called Flat Group and Residential Community for adults with mental distress, in compliance with resolution of the regional executive Board no. 666/2011.

Hence, we inform citizens and social and healthcare operators that the procedure for the full operation of the structures for patients with mental distress that received a positive assessment by the regional cross-sectorial Committee, will be concluded only when relevant Social local Authorities issue pilot functioning authorization.
