Craftsmanship, Guidelines for Provincial Commissions
The Regional Administration for Productive Activities and Economic Development of Regione Campania has spread the necessary guidelines to guarantee the regular execution of the activities of the Provincial Craftsmanship Commissions, established again in January 2013, and engaged in the discharge of the backlog dossiers for the registration as artisan enterprises.
The Regional Administration underlines the necessity for the applications received by the Commission, examined in chronological order, to be prepared only by the staff of the single Chambers of Commerce, in order to avoid confusion between the roles of the magistrates responsible for the procedure, and those of the members of the CPA, who are instead the deciding subjects.
The note clarifies that, when it is not possible to verify the prerequisites for the registration in the register of artisan enterprises, the inspections of the firms have to be reduced as much as possible and anyway related in a specific report, in application of principles of transparency.
“The rules that the Provincial Craftsmanship Commissions will implement – underlines Fulvio Martusciello, president Caldoro’s councillor for Productive Activities and Economic Development – respond to the more important principles of transparency, so that the unblocking of dossiers – fundamental for putting a vital sector of our productive texture as it is craftsmanship back to its feet – reconciles quickness in action, effectiveness and public evidence”.
