A cultural in-depth analysis and tourist promotion: this is the core of the International Journalism Ischia Award (4 – 6 July) as confirmed by President of Regione Campania, Stefano Caldoro who reached the island to participate in “Un caffè con”, SkyTg24 programme with live comments on the top story of the day.

The 34th Edition of the Award is about to start in Lacco Ameno where Piazza Restituta, and the panoramic Regina Isabella and Villa Arbusto will be the core venues. Exhibitions, debates, meetings and journalism lessons and workshops will take place. The award ceremony, scheduled for tomorrow at 21.30 and presented by Paola Saliuzzi, will star Lilli Gruber, Lydia Cacho Ribeiro, Emanuela Audisio, Francesco Guerrera, Franca Giansoldati, Alessandro Di Meo, Isabella Bufacchi, Vincenzo Mollica, Luciano Onder. Special guest will be Edoardo Bennato.
