The Municipal Administration of Aversa (Ce) intends to proceed with the institution of a list of experts, to be periodically updated, in order to identify professionals to employ in planning, management and implementation activities of the Integrated Urban Programme PIU Europa City of Aversa.

The constitution of the list is not to be meant as a competition, and it does not contemplate rankings, scores or other classification according to merit. The insertion in the list does not imply any right or expectation of obtaining a consultancy appointment from the Municipality of Aversa. The technical contents of the services requested from those enrolled are divided into the following subject areas:

• Management of public tenders (preparation of the tender acts, tender procedures);
• Verification and validation of projects for public works;
• Planning, monitoring and accounting of actions co-financed by structural funds;
• Support actions for RUP (Procedure Sole Supervisor) (administrative procedures, with special attention to the regulation and action of the Public Administration, procedures related to the realisation of public works and more in general to infrastructures);
• Planning and realisation of public works (editing of the final and executive preliminary project, coordination for safety in the planning phase, works supervision, coordination for safety in the practise phase, technical and administrative trial, geological report and geological investigations, plan configuration-altimetry surveys, technical and administrative activities related to the realisation and activation of  the work;
• Management of integrated projects and management consultancy;
• Analysis activities and economic evaluation related to the realisation of public works and to the management of actions for public infrastrictures.
