Regional Minister for Public Works at the end of the Partnership meeting that has gathered today to take stock of the implementation of Major Projects stated: “Regione Campania, that continues on working in close synergy with the Minister for National Cohesion Fabrizio Barca and with the European Union, confirms and ensures the full financial coverage of the 19 Major projects.”

Vice president Giuseppe De Mita, regional Ministers Gaetano Giancane, Severino Nappi, Guido Trombetti, Pasquale Sommese, representatives of trade unions and entrepreneurial organisations and associations attended the session, called on initiative of the Council Member Luciano Schifone and chaired by President of Regione Campania Stefano Caldoro.

Regional Minister Cosenza added: “A part of the total funds, namely 600 million €, is a windfall to be spent not only for the Major Projects but also for parallel actions”.

He concluded: “We will go on along the road of Major Projects dedicated to transparency and debate with all concerned institutions, Local Authorities, social parties and entrepreneurs, always available to assess criticisms or constructive comments, useful to achieve the result set”.
