Within the project “MAteriali e SRTutture Intelligenti (MASTRI)” the following scholarships for research activities are available:

1) open competition for a research scholarship announced by the company Powerflex S.r.l., which joined the partnership for the realisation of the project "MAteriali e STRutture Intelligenti (MASTRI)", signed by the various promoters representing Universities, Research Centres and Firms. The scholarship is destined to research activities at Powerflex S.r.l. in the following subject:

• AXIS IV – Action Line 1 - Activity 1.6: Planning and characterisation of steel strand cable insulating devices

Requisites:
With no age and citizenship restriction, participants can be Italian or foreign citizens, unemployed, born and/or resident in Campania, with at least one of the following degrees: 4-year or 5-year degree in Aeronautical or aerospace engineering; good knowledge of mechanical planning techniques and use of CAD parametric instruments (preferably sw SolidWorks and/or Catia); knowledge of modelling and computation FEM (preferably sw Ansys); good knowledge of English.

Duration and grant
The scholarship will last 12 months. The total gross annual amount is 17.000 Euros.

2) open competition for a research scholarchip announced by the company Powertech S.r.l., which joined the partnership for the realisation of the project "MAteriali e STRutture Intelligenti (MASTRI)", signed by the various promoters representing Universities, Research Centres and Firms.

The scholarship is destined to research activities at Powertech S.r.l. in the following subject:

• AXIS IV – Action Line 1 - Activity 1.6: Modelling and qualification of structural systems

Requisites:
With no age and citizenship restriction, participants can be Italian or foreign citizens, unemployed, born and/or resident in Campania, with at least one of the following degrees: 4-year or 5-year degree in: aeronautical or aerospace engineering; knowledge of analytical modelling techniques with MATLab; knowledge of FEM modelling techniques (preferably sw Ansys); knowledge of the procedures for system qualification and experience in laboratory tests; good knowledge of English.

Duration and grant:
The scholarship will last 12 months. The total gross annual amount is 17.000 Euros.
