The Resolution no. 33 of 24 February 2014 established the starting of procedure to grant resources for 2014 to Municipalities and Provinces, namely over 100 million for the former and approximately 34 for the latter, to settle debts resulting from investments.

This document also establishes deadline and procedures for Provinces and Municipalities to submit applications, confirming the exclusion of 2013 beneficiaries who did not supply the required certificate of use of resources by 31 January 2014.
