27/03/2014 – Please remember that the teletraining course arranged by the Italian Healthcare Institute, in cooperation with Zadig at: http://goal.snlg.it for all MDs, but especially for gynaecologists, anaesthetists and midwives will start on 31 March 2014.

04/02/2014 – The training course, designed especially for gynaecologists, anaesthetists and midwives, but open to all MDs is the outcome of an agreement with the Ministry of Health that funds the pilot project of maternal mortality surveillance and the postpartum haemorrhage near-miss study in 6 Italian regions: Piedmont, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Latium, Sicily and Campania (person in charge of scientific aspects: Renato Pizzuti).

The training course aims at promoting update of professionals involved in pregnancy care to reduce post-partum haemorrhage mortality and/or severe maternal morbidity, since in Italy studies highlight it is the first most frequent reason.

The teletraining course arranged by the Italian Healthcare Institute – National Centre of Epidemiology, Surveillance and Health Promotion in cooperation with Zadig will start on 31 March-2014 to 19 March 2015 at: http://goal.snlg.it
