Registration is available for the IX Edition of the Second Level University Master’s Degree in Healthcare Organisation and Business Management - DAOSan, sponsored by the Department of Corporate Studies and Researches of the University of Salerno in partnership with the University of Naples Federico II, Università del Sannio and the Regional Healthcare Agency of Regione Campania (ArSan).

The DAOSan deals with the training and education of high profile professionals able to perform management healthcare tasks, both in the public and private sector, in pharmaceutical and electro-medical businesses, in national and international healthcare agencies, as well as consultancy activities.

Several advantages have been established for next edition: a total of 12 scholarships for public employees and for sons and daughters of public administration employees and retired workers, supplied by INPS (Italian Social Security Institute) – Department for the Management of Public Employees, to fully cover the registration fees; 10 scholarships, supplied by INAIL (National Insurance Institute for Accidents at Work) – Regional Department of Campania, for people living or working in the provinces of Avellino, Benevento and Salerno, to partially cover participation costs, and more scholarships or grants for young MDs who are members of the Medical Association of Salerno; a partial scholarship for healthcare assistants who are member of IPASVI Salerno and more grants supplied by sector-related businesses and organisations.

The DAOSan has an innovative vocational teaching approach, that allows students to choose among several options concerning the attendance (standard or light programmes), contents, tele-training and the on-the-job training location, that can be carried out, for those who work in the healthcare sector, in the organisation they already work for. It has more than 90 sector-related partners not only from Campania but all over Italy, which support its activities and activate on-the-job training programmes for its students.

Moreover, the Master supplies education for many relevant certifications such as: ECDL-Health, EQDL-Health, and, for those who will attend the “standard programme” the Internal Auditor for Quality and Safety Management Systems and Safety Manager in social services and healthcare sectors. In partnership with Adecco Formazione srl, it supplies, for those who will attend the “standard programme” a specific and integrated consultancy service to students who are trained to face the job interview and develop their skills, meeting directly the market operators to whom they will submit their résumé for internal position applications or for education on-the-job training programmes.
