Gastronomia d’autore, ritorna il Grand Gourmet

Four dates to marry traditional places and products of the Mediterranean diet. From 6 to 26 July. In the province of Salerno.

Grand Gourmet is not only a brand. It represents a combination of places, events, products and recipes, based on the idea of promoting regional gastronomy: that simple and healthy cooking which much seduced doctors and scientists who tried it. A tour that starts from Padula, following with Amalfi and Serre and finishing at Minori. On the table the traditional cooking of the Middle Age, as well as sea food and ship galley food, without forgetting the King patisserie and the Empire’s tastes.

This is the form: you start with a guided tour of the cultural assets (promoted by the Campania>Artecard circuit), then a chat with a “starry” chef and a gastronomic journalist, and finally a tasting of a dish specially prepared for the occasion.

For the big event the Certosa di San Lorenzo, the Arsenale della Repubblica Amalfitana, the Real Casino di caccia della Reggia Borbonica di Persano and Villa Romano will open their doors.
