Innovative Treatment Strategies

The open competition, based on qualifications, interview and written exam, to assign 15 scholarships has been called by the Department of Experimental Medicine of the Seconda Università degli Studi di Napoli under the Project "Innovative Treatment Strategies"funded by Regione Campania under the Regional Operational Programme Campania ESF 2007-2013 Axis IV and Axis V – Open Competition for the "Development of excellence networks among Universities- Research Centres - Businesses".

The activities of the Course will aim at providing specific skills in the following areas:

  • Development and pre-clinical experimentation of medicines, gene and cell therapies
  • Bio-processes of productions for medications, nutraceutics and medical devices;
  • Clinical development of medications, medical devices, gene and cell therapies;
  • Experimentation of surgical equipment and bio-materials.

Criteria:

  1. Masters or Specialist Degree obtained according to the Vecchio Ordinamento or any equivalent in:
    • Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technologies;
    • Biomedical, Chemical, Automation, Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronic, IT Engineering;
    • Medicine, Veterinary Medicine;
    • Chemical Science, Industrial Chemistry Technology and Science;
    • Motor Science;
  2. Residence in the Campania region;
  3. First-job-seekers or unemployed;
  4. Being under 35;
