Project Cycle Management – Second Day of STS F2 Campi Flegrei Workshop

The Second day of the workshop addressing STS F2 Campi Flegrei under the project Capacity Sud- Linea Progettare will be held on 7th of May from 9.30 to 14.30 at the premises of FormezPa located in Via Campi Flegrei, 34 Pozzuoli (inside the Comprensorio Olivetti)

The day will focus on “The new scenario for Europe Planning 2020 and the organizational effects on territorial development systems” and in details the following topics will be debated:

• New ruling of cohesion policy and its relations with Europe 2020 Strategy. Main planning principles of structural funds for the period 2014-2020.
• Land and Integration of new regulations.
• The state of the art of the new planning in Italy: Commission’s position paper, the paper by Minister Barca “Methods and Goals” and the first guidelines of the Partnership agreement.
• Planning for Internal Areas and Urban Development.

The speaker will be Raffaele Colaizzo, expert in Community and Local Development Policy as well as connoisseur of Campania situation.

It will be possible to debate with him and learn more about specific topics of common interest connected to the integrated land development and to participation of several stakeholders.

The PCM makes use of the Goal Oriented Project Planning (GOPP) method, the standard practice in EU planning. The duration of every workshop will be total 11 hours divided in two days (7+4). An attendance certificate will be given at the end of the workshop.
