Regione Campania, in cooperation with the Member Associations of the National Council for Consumers and Users, set up ConsuCampania, an on-line service for the enhancement of the protection of regional consumers.

ConsuCampania (www.consumatori.regione.campania.it) together with the toll-free number 800.180.958, give information about services and products, explanations of contracts, advise and suggestions about solutions for possible disputes.

The telephone number is toll-free and can be called from everywhere in Italy as well as from mobile numbers. It is available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 14.00.
