Afforestation and Reclamation, Fund Distribution Plans Get the Go-Ahead

The regional Campania Executive Board approved the resolution for the distribution criteria of funds for bodies authorized to carry out mountain afforestation and reclamation plan for the period 2013. Under these provisions, the executives of the involved sectors have to approve mountain afforestation and reclamation of each delegated body, that as a whole, will draft the action plan ex art. 5/ter of the Regional Law no.11/96. 

Daniela Nugnes Regional Minister for Agriculture pointed out: “Fund planning is a big chance following a dark period for the sector and it looks into the future in order to simplify procedures and simultaneously strictly check actions to implement.”

The regional executive board is working constantly to solve the problem. All necessary actions have been implemented to distribute funds to bring further stability to the sector and to the involved workforce” Ms. Nugnes ended.
