Bad Weather, Strong Disturbance Approaching

New disturbance is approaching Campania. Heavy rainfalls, strong blasts of sirocco and possible sea storms will affect the whole regional territory from this evening already. Moreover, from tomorrow’s afternoon and for the following 24 hours, rainfalls will intensify. The Civil Protection has already warned all the technical relevant structures, from the Regional Agency for the Soil Conservation (Arcadis) and the operations Room, to face any possible need. The functional Centre issued a warning for bad weather conditions from tomorrow at 12.00, and a following alert related to possible hydrogeological or flood-related events. A further warning has been issued from today at 20.00 and until tomorrow’s Midnight, due to possible stronger winds and high seas.
