Weather Forecast, Campania Civil Protection Agency: from Tomorrow Sudden Change

Disturbances will affect first the northern sector and later will extend to the whole region and will increase. This condition will also pair with a wave motion and wind increase, with blasts during thunderstorms. From tomorrow morning, temperature will remarkably decrease at least by 5-6 degrees.

The functional Centre representatives pointed out: “This disturbance sets, from the meteorological point of view, the end of summer. Rainfalls will affect the region until Saturday, but stronger rainfalls are expected tomorrow along the coasts.”

From Monday, after the break forecast on Monday, rainfalls will affect again Campania that will be hit by a new disturbance.

The Campania Civil Protection Agency, led by Regional Minister Edoardo Cosenza, based on the forecast of the functional centre, through its Operations Room warned Mayors and relevant Authorities to monitor the territory of their jurisdiction, particularly from tomorrow morning. Regional Minister Cosenza pointed out: “The Operations room of the regional Civil protection is active 24/7, as usual. Strengthened surveillance will be active from tonight: the relevant regional structures, Arcadis, the Basin Authority, the Civil Engineer Department and the Civil Protection Agency have been warned for tomorrow morning.
