“M.O.M.” is a programme for managerial education aimed at training company managers in technical or managerial fields, in manufacturing or engineering companies that operate in highly complex sectors, such as aerospace or defence. The programme’s courses are planned with special attention to the needs of small and medium-sized firms, but the learning of general management represents a highly educational potential also for those that work or will work in large firms.

The deadline for applications is 5 March 2013. The course is structured in 500 hours and 40 pre-course hours. The courses will start on 11 March 2013. For further information and applications an online registration is required at www.aeronauticaformazione.it.

The Centre has been constituted on an initiative of the Regional Ministry for Employment, among aeronautical firms, Universities, High Schools and Educational Bodies, with the aim of developing and updating the technical and managerial competencies that are necessary for the competitiveness of the sector.

The partnership of the Centre is composed of the universities “Federico II”, Seconda Università, and “Parthenope”; STOA'; Elea Formazione; Fondazione “Villaggio dei Ragazzi”; ITI Barsanti of Naples; Itis Enrico Fermi of Naples; Consaer (Consortium for the Development of Aeronautical Firms); Alenia Aermacchi and Magnaghi Aeronautica.
