Employment and Development, Caldoro Meets Trade Unions

The meeting scheduled with the President of Regione Campania, Stefano Caldoro, and the general secretaries of the regional confederations of CGIL, CISL, UIL and UGL took place at Palazzo Santa Lucia.

Also considering the last Istat data on unemployment in Campania, the meeting focused on the shared will to restart and relaunch the sector taskforces to identify supporting actions for development and employment. To this purpose, a quick programme will be scheduled with the dates of the meetings.

In view of the actions, the Contratto Campania has to be verified and relaunched, as it can be the instrument for the social parties to face and solve the complex problems opened in Regione.

The points to be faced in the following meetings are healthcare, environment, transports, reorganisation of the subsidiary regional companies and the actions to make them more efficient, direction of the resources recovered though the containment of the expenses, included the ones for politics, in order to foster youth work and the right to education, development and welfare.
