Workshop on Training Project “Filiera Bianca”

“We have to endorse and support the efforts of the firms investing in training and human capital and believing in the construction of a stable relationship with schools, suitable for building professional figures who can give real job opportunities to our youth”.

This is what the Regional Minister for Employment and Training Severino Nappi said during his presentation at the workshop presented this morning by Erfap Uil on the training project “Filiera Bianca”, financed by the Fondi Impresa for firms joining the Consortium for the protection of buffalo milk mozzarella made in Campania.

“I am happy to accept the request – Nappy said – to establish, at a regional level, the professional qualification of “master cheese maker of buffalo milk mozzarella”. This figure will be added as a subqualification to the other 22 recognised at a national level, entering permanently the system of professional requalification of Campania, also in order to preserve the specificity of a product that is a symbol of our region”.

“In the training centres network that we are going to put into effect, with which we are going to create an unprecedented system action in this field in Italy, we will leave enough room for the agroindustrial production chain, which represents one of the excellent points of our land that is not always properly valued”, the Regional Minister Nappi concluded.
