Naviga Cilento Blue Card, Good Practice

Vice president of the Regional Executive Board Giuseppe De Mita commented on the memorandum signed today by the Mayors of the Cilento area: “Naviga Cilento Blue Card is a praiseworthy action both as for its method and its contents”.

“The idea of the Municipalities of the Cilento area and the Regional Administrations for Tourism and Transport of Campania has immediately proven to be a good practice example of debate and cooperation among institutions.

“As for the contents, the project focuses on a very interesting tourist sector for Campania, namely the nautical and recreational tourism, by enhancing the hospitality services for this specific target”.

Mr De Mita concluded: “As a matter of fact, the project focuses on the quality of hospitality services of ports in the Cilento area, by establishing a network with the aim of strengthening this regional tourist field. This action may clearly support the establishment of new businesses and strengthen the existing ones. Consistently with the strategic guidelines addressed by the Regional Administration for Tourism of Regione Campania, this aspect may be used to make the economic and production dimension of Campania tourism sharper”.
