Researchers’ Night 2012

“Researchers’ Night 2012” is the event, promoted by the European Commission, aimed at supporting research. The OCPG (Youth Cultures Observatory) took part in the organisation of the event, which will take place on Friday 28 September at the University of Salerno, in the area in front of the Office of the Chancellor and at the Chiostro della Pace, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., simultaneously in all European countries.

The purpose is to create an opportunity for a meeting among researchers, students, university community and citizens to spread the research culture.

The main theme of this edition is the pair “Europe-territory”; the entire event is divided into two moments, a seminar and an exhibition. In particular, there will be an artistic expo dedicated to the works of young emergent artists, collected thanks to the regional project “Chiamata alle Arti”.
