Creation of a Short List of Experts at the Municipality of Acerra

The Municipality of Acerra carries out the creation of a short list for experts in order to identify professionals to engage for the managing and implementing activities of the Urban Integrated Programme PIU Europa, City of Acerra, in cooperation with its office PIU Europa.

The technical contents of the services requested concerns the activities of the Office PIU Europa of the Municipality of Acerra, and are divided into the following areas:

• Management of public contracts (preparation of tender acts, tender procedures);
• Verification and validation of projects for public works;
• Planning, management, supervision, and accountancy of actions co-financed by structural funds;
• Support activities for RUP (Sole Supervisor of the Procedure) (administrative procedures, with special attention to the Public Administration’s regulation and action, procedures for the realisation of public works and more generally of infrastructures);
• Planning and realisation of public works;
• Management of integrated projects and management consultancy;
• Analysis and economic evaluation related to the realisation of public works, to the supervision in the realisation of actions for public works in PPP and/or through project financing.
