Provincial Sector of Civil Engineering of Salerno

The Provincial Sector of Civil Engineering of Salerno has approved the list of the economic agents to whom to entrust public job contracts by negotiated procedure without publication of a prior tender, according to arts. 57 and 122, paragraph 7, or, in the event of day-work systems, to art. 125 of the Code of Public Contracts concerning works, services and supplies, approved by Legislative Decree 163/2006 and subsequent modifications and integrations and related regional legislation.
