Contaminated Lands, Caldoro at Technical Board

President of Regione Campania Stefano Caldoro attended the meeting of the National Technical Board on remediation of contaminated lands, arranged at the Terminus Hotel in Naples.

200 representatives of the national technical and scientific community decided to share and make their knowledge available for the country and the pollution fight.  

On the agenda, issues such as “Land of Fires” and contaminated sites remediation with their environmental sustainability, criteria to select priority for actions, technical and economic range of possible solutions. The working team is coordinated by Professor Raffaello Cossu, international environmental engineering guru and composed of university professors coming from the North, the Centre and the South. Moreover, experts and institutional representatives such as Paolo Russo attended the meeting.
