Healthcare, Standard and Poor's Passes Campania

Healthcare, Standard and Poor's Passes Campania

A confirmation that sounds an enhancement. BBB Rating confirmed. Standard and Poor’s considers Campania as a virtuous region for the reduction of healthcare expense. “Efficient measures”, ”reduction of the trade debt” that means deficit under control and a good outlook. Regione Campania, according to the famous rating agency, halved between 2011 and 2012 its deficit after three years in a row between 2008 and 2010 when the expense increased. 1billion debt reduction and non-use of the line of credit (again one billion) as happened in the past.

Considering the difficulties to face concerning liquidity, the result is even more important. Standard & Poor’s acknowledges Campania continued reforming “resolutely the legacy of financial practices” that in the past had burdened regional accounts. Obviously, with time Campania can improve but the path undertaken is the right one, as reported by the Agency. Reorganizational strategies “ are delivering results”.

The reported news have been commented by President Caldoro at the end of the Conference named “Da Napoli verso il mondo: dove andare e perché” arranged by Retenews24 in Naples.
