The Regional Minister for the Productive Activities, Fulvio Martusciello, met a delegation of Byelorussian entrepreneurs at Palazzo Santa Lucia. The meeting was promoted by Intertrade, special company of the Chamber of Commerce of Salerno, as part of a project aimed at the productive exchange between Italian and Byelorussian entrepreneurs.
The delegation, led by Vladimir Karyagin, president of the Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship, was composed of 13 entrepreneurs operating in the clothing, automotive, residential and touristic construction industry, and agribusiness fields. At the base of the collaboration between the business realities of the two countries there is the increase in trading volume, which, just in 2012, was equal to 57% with more than one hundred firms involved in strategic sectors.
“Regione Campania – declared the Regional Minister Martusciello– is deeply engaged in internationalisation, for which we have allocated one and a half million Euros, through the programme “Made in Campania”. There are hundreds of Byelorussian entrepreneurs – Martusciello concluded – ready to invest in Italy. As data shows, Belarus is becoming a strategic hub, and therefore we have to let our firms be facilitated in catching fully the opportunities to open themselves to internationalisation”.
