Networks in biotechnology sector

The enhancement of research and innovation networks in the biotechnology sector is destined to public and private organisations that operate in Campania in the health science field.

“Research and Development Programmes” (R&S) are the object of the funding, linked to a strategic unitary objective, financially important and highly systemic, in order to endorse knowledge, promote an active cooperation not only among firms but also between firms and research organisations; also, to foster technological upgrading of smaller businesses, the development of specific biotechnology productive subchains considered strategic at a regional level.

The endowment is 30 million Euros.

The call is included in the ROP ERDF Regione Campania, Axis 2 – Operational objective 2.1 (Actions in Strategic Scientific Areas) and considers the financing of projects aimed at fundamental research, industrial research and experimental development (R&S Programmes)

With the managerial Decree n. 37 of 08/03/2013, published in the Official Journal of Regione Campania n. 16 of 18/03/2013, the provisional rankings of the projects selected in the assessment phase has been approved, as well as the list of non-eligible projects.
