The ITC Plan considers the realisation of new services with an investment of about 40 million Euros and fundamental news: the Regional Integrated Information System (SIIR).
This single and shared infrastructure arises from a simple idea: if resources are shared, then we will have better services and an overall cost containment.
The SIIR considers a fundamental role for all Public Administrations with their management autonomy, collecting and managing information that is interesting to the entire territory. Within this scheme, Regione Campania carries out a guiding rolw. Information is produced and managed by the responsible area. They are collected in the SIIR that in turn makes them available to all institutional users. In other words, it is stressed the importance of shared and certified databases.
Furthermore, in the plan it is also considered the management of the National Services Card, combined with the Health Card. Though this card every citizen will be able to benefit from all the services offered by Public Administrations.
The financial resources for the realisation of the interventions considered in the Plan are ROP 2007/2013 Funds (ROP ESFR and ROP ESF).
