Regional Law of 20 December 2004 n. 13 "Promotion and valorisation of the Universities of Campania"

By Law 13/04 Regione Campania intends to pursue the following objectives:

• Promote the protection, valorisation, development and diffusion of humanities and scientific culture, of scientific research and technological innovation:
• Protect and support the places where scientific and technological knowledge is formed, shared and spread;
• Favour the interaction of notions, their use for economic and social development of the territory and the enhancement of the quality of life;
• Operate in order to create and foster networks of excellence, and increase international scientific exchanges and cooperation.
