Regional Law n. 21 of 3 September 2002 “Regulations on the right to university study”

The Law regulates the interventions for the actual realisation of the right to university study at regional level.

The aim is the realisation of an organic system of structures, services and benefits that remove economical and social obstacles, and allow competent and worthy people, although without means, to reach the highest levels of education.

In pursuing these aims, Regione Campania operates in respect of institutional plurality and in close cooperation with academic institutions operating in Campania.

ADISUs – Public Companies for the Right to University Study – (art. 3, paragraph 2, a) are established at every university; they are dedicated regional companies with legal entity, administrative and management autonomy and with their own personnel.

With the Resolution n. 680 of 6 December 2011 (published in the Official Journal of Regione Campania n. 1 of 02/01/2012) a Regional Law’s Bill was approved for the institution of the ADISURC (Sole Company for the right to university study of Regione Campania).
