Sustainable Transport

The Campania Agency for Sustainable Transport was established in compliance with the Regional Law no. 3 of 2002 that reformed local public transport.

The Agency will support Regione and Local Authorities that will require it from the technical point of view, and will supervise the fairness of actions and duties taken on by those companies that will deliver transport services.

Inside the Agency, the Regional Observatory will be established; it will be responsible for the monitoring of all transport-related aspects, for the occupational evolution, and for the study, research and training concerning transport and logistics. Moreover, Provinces and Municipalities will have the opportunity to establish local transport agencies.
