A big commitment built on small steps: giving users the utmost accessibility to local transport network using a SINGLE ticket.

Before the introduction of this single ticket, the region was flooded with different cards, tickets and fares. Had you placed all travel cards and tickets issued before 1994 end to end, they would have gone around the world thousands of times. Thus, the outcome was that public transport used to be considered as a last resort option.

Then, the idea that was a stroke of genius.

Why not simplify and streamline the system, including the whole public transport network in a single ticket?

This is how UNICOCAMPANIA was created and why its motto is “rails, roads and cables, all in a single ticket”, a slogan that over the years came true.

Its Companies

Currently, the Consortium gathers the fourteen Campania public transport companies - ACMS, AIR, AMTS, ANM, CIRCUMVESUVIANA, CTP, CTI/ATI, CSTP, EAVBUS, METROCAMPANIA NORDEST, METRONAPOLI, SEPSA, SITA, TRENITALIA – providing citizens with 100% of regional rail service and 78% of road service.

A giant that daily carries more than 1.5 million passengers, with 25 thousand bus rides and 2,540 trains.  

Its commitment goes even further: promotion of the use of public transport through target-driven marketing and communication initiatives; evasion and avoidance fight; printing and distribution of tickets, just to name a few tasks that the Consortium daily fulfills in order to make citizens choose public transport since it is comfortable and cheap, let alone environmentally friendly.
