Cementir Italia SpA Proposes Variation to PRAE

The Civil Engineering Sector of Caserta called the services conference to acquire all the opinions, clearance certificates, consents and authorizations, howsoever called, concerning the project variation proposal drafted by CEMENTIR ITALIA SpA about the environmental rehabilitation and cultivation authorized by decree no. 74 of 07.10.2011 for the extraction site located in the area of Laureto – Pintime in the Municipalities of Caserta and Maddaloni.

The first session of the above mentioned services conference is called on 17.07.2013 at 10.00 at the premises of the Civil Engineering Sector of Caserta located in Via Cesare Battisti no. 30.

The Administrations responsible for the supervision of the territory are called and invited to participate in the conference with their delegated representative, in compliance with the provisions of art. 14 of the Law no. 241/90 as amended and supplemented, in order to contain the procedural time.

The documents and the project drafts concerning the above mentioned intervention are lodged at the Ufficio Cave, in Via Cesare Battisti no. 30, third floor.
