Hearing Impairments, Support for Businesses that Become Accessible

The notice about subsidies to private businesses willing to make their call centre services accessible for hearing impaired people thanks to the ENS (National Body for the Protection and Assistance of Deaf) bridge service has been published in the Official Journal (BURC) no. 76 of 12/12/2011.

Any business willing to provide, as set forth by a specific Directive of the Authority for Communications, its call centre services to hearing impaired people, shall submit its application by 13.00 of the 45th day after the publication of the notice in the BURC.

Subsidies will be supplied for a two-year period, according to the procedures set in the notice.
